Original Story is a curated collective of designers and brands built on a love for design, small businesses, and real connection.

What started as pop-ups around New York has grown into a permanent home in the heart of Greenpoint, bringing together some of the most unique and chic designers and brands under one roof.

After working with more than one hundred designers and brands over the years, Original Story has become more than a place to shop. It’s a space to discover pieces you won’t find everywhere else, learn the stories behind what you wear, and connect with the people who create them.

Our Fashion Week nights bring designers, creatives, and industry insiders into the store for live jazz, a sake bar, and the chance to shop exclusive New York based designers with the people who made them.

The market

Our larger markets: a full day of designers, vintage, and finds.

A few times a year we open the doors wider. The Original Story Market brings together designers and brands from the collective and beyond, from emerging clothing designers to vintage, accessories, and home goods, for a day of shopping, discovery, and meeting the people behind the pieces.
